Happy Wednesday, and welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom. So I wanted to mention to you about tomorrow evening at Restore Boca Raton which is located on Saint Andrews Boulevard. It’s going to be an evening about mindfulness. We’re going to talk about meditation, hyper wellness, and other things that we can do to help us with stress, to help us with our well-being, our health. This is so important because stress can take over, so we’ll be going through so many different things that you can add to help you with stress, to help you manage stress.
What brought me to yoga was stress. I went to my doctor because I had major major anxiety, major TMJ, and he said “You have two choices: you can either take an antidepressant, or you can start yoga.” So, you guys know what happened when he said that! But really, it’s a beautiful journey. And it’s not about being perfect. Yoga and meditation meets you exactly where you are.
