Happy Wednesday, and welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom. So I wanted to mention to you about tomorrow evening at Restore Boca Raton which is located on Saint Andrews Boulevard. It’s going to be an evening about mindfulness. We’re going to talk about meditation, hyper wellness, and other things that we can do to help us with stress, to help us with our well-being, our health. This is so important because stress can take over, so we’ll be going through so many different things that you can add to help you with stress, to help you manage stress.
What brought me to yoga was stress. I went to my doctor because I had major major anxiety, major TMJ, and he said “You have two choices: you can either take an antidepressant, or you can start yoga.” So, you guys know what happened when he said that! But really, it’s a beautiful journey. And it’s not about being perfect. Yoga and meditation meets you exactly where you are.
We hope to see you tomorrow night. If you have any questions please send me a message. Everyone is welcome. Sending you so much love wherever you are. Namaste, Peace Out!
Mary Ann
Hey guys, happy Wednesday and welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom. I am so excited to be in this amazing space, Restore Boca Raton, which you are going to hear about in just a few minutes. I just wanted to answer some questions that everybody had about mindful practices. You know, mindful practices is something that you do in the morning, something that you do at night, and one of the things that I wanted to mention is about meditation beads. This is for men and women, it’s a beautiful way to sit and meditate. I am honored to collaborate with Kema Earth. Her intention and the energy that she creates in the beads is so healing and so amazing. So I just wanted to mention, as a reminder about our mindful practices, and using the meditation beads is a great way to help you with meditation. And it’s a great way to just unplug and tune in, and just breathe guys and keep it really simple.
Now I want you to hear about Restore Boca and how amazing it is. It is a Hyper Wellness and it’s a great place to come and just take that time to unplug. I love the space because there’s so many things that you can do, and depending on your time, you can stay here all afternoon. It’s one of my favorite places in Boca Raton.
Mary Ann: “So (speaking to David Black) tell us about but you have and what people can expect.”
David Black: “Absolutely. So here at Hyper Wellness, we have whole bunch of different recovery and regenerative services for the body. Two of my personal favorites are our IV Therapy and our Stretch Therapy. With our IV Therapy we can do micronutrient testing to find out what you might be deficient in and supply you with that. With our Stretch Therapy, we can actually help you improve your mobility… things we know that are very important to prevent injury and to help us recover from injuries as well. We have a whole bunch of different With our stretch therapy we can actually help improve your mobility, your stability things we know that are very important with helping to prevent injury and to help us recover from injury as well. a whole bunch of different other services, from cryotherapy, compression therapy, and infrared sauna.”
Mary Ann: “The infrared sauna, I can’t wait to try! I know my friend Candice always raves about doing it and there’s so many great benefits to it. It’s so amazing, this space, if you haven’t, come by. It’s right next to the Watch, First Watch restaurant. I love it because they really cater to what you’re looking for and how much time you have. I love the stretching part, I love the Cryo Freeze. And I think that if you have not been, you should definitely check it out. This is another way to take care of yourself, for your health, for your wellness, and there’s so many options. If you have any questions, you can find them (Restore Hyper Wellness) on Instagram and also Facebook. It’s a really beautiful space I love it and we are there any business
David Black: “We are a very new business, and this is a new business model, so we are very interested in getting everybody to come in and touch/see/feel exactly what we do, because it’s so much more powerful when you can come in and see for yourself all the things we have to offer. Don’t just take my word for it, please come, in please come see what we have and learn all about our modalities because there’s so much behind it that you might not know about already.
Mary Ann: “Awesome. I know the lululemon girls were here yesterday, and they loved it. So I would highly recommend for you to check it out.”
This Sunday I will be teaching with many beautiful teachers at Parkland Yoga For Life. I will be posting about it. It will be at Coral Springs Gymnasium and that’s going to be from 4 to 7 o’clock. And also this Saturday, I’m excited and honored to be with all the lululemon ambassadors. They will be placing our new photos up in the store at 10:30 this Saturday, so I’m super excited.
Remember to take that time to close your eyes, connect to your breath, tune in and listen, and trust. Three things I highly recommend. It’s something that will help us to live more mindful, more healthy, and really connecting to our intuition and trusting. Those two things, and, don’t be so hard on yourself because you guys are amazing and I’m always inspired by your work on the mat, your work in your life, so many new things that you’re creating to be happy and to live from inspirations, staying inspired. I love you guys, have the most amazing day. Peace out, namaste.
