I founded Mat Matterz to help you uncover your truth through yoga and meditation, and to inspire you to take what you discover off the mat and apply to your life. Once you start that journey and actively take steps to honor what’s in your heart, it becomes effortless.

Register for Class at MindBody (on the app or website) or at YogaJourney.com and choose to attend online or in-studio (max 17 students in-studio). If online, download the Zoom App (this is the virtual studio). Registration closes 30 minutes before class begins – SIGN UP EARLY. 5-10 minutes before class begins we will email you the link for the class (if you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam). Once you receive the link, connect to the class, roll out your mat and enjoy! If you can’t tune in to the class live, you will be emailed a link to the recording and can access it for 24 hours!
