Mary Ann Morgan-Fried & Mat Matterz

When was the last time you had a heart-to-heart with yourself? Literally asked, “What is truly important to me? Am I making those things a priority in my life?” When you ask – and are honest with yourself – your heart knows what really matters and will tell you if you’re living authentically, or not.

I founded Mat Matterz to help you uncover your truth through yoga and meditation, and to inspire you to take what you discover off the mat and apply to your life. Once you start that journey and actively take steps to honor what’s in your heart, it becomes effortless.
