This time has offered us the ability to sit with ourselves and reflect upon our lives. In the last four years I have been rocked inside and out, and there have been times of uncertainty and emotions that overwhelmed me! I continued on my spiritual journey to heal. The journey of looking within has taught me to uncover my fears. I thought it would be easier to avoid it all but I have learned that you must face fears to heal and to expand in all areas of life!

- In this workshop we will cover how we can come back to our ROOTS and how to stay ROOTED through all the uncertainty.
- I will guide you through your own spiritual journey, creating practices for you that will keep you fully present and ROOTED.
- You will be guided through different meditations and journaling practices that will elevate you.
- We will finish the workshop with a 45-minute grounding Vinyasa flow and reflect upon what keeps us blocked within our own self.
- We will learn how to take ROOT so we can continue to grow and not be paralyzed by our relationships, career, and past selves!
- The workshop will be 2 hours and I will also include material I learned from the Spirit Junkie Master Course!
A few months ago I planned that my first workshop would be about Taking Root. And here we all are having to Take Root and RE-ROOT ourselves into a new way of being.
