So today I just wanted to talk about the importance of manifestation. Manifestation is where our dreams and our visions happen, and the first step to manifestation is to take a look at your thoughts, take a look at your patterns. What do you continue to think about? What do you continue to work towards? Is it in line with what your intention is?

And the second thing is our intention. Our intention is everything, in the way we begin our day, and living that intention throughout your day, from the choices that you make in your life and for business.

The third is your actions, and that’s something that Ellen DeGeneres said on Saturday. Your actions behind your intention is everything, and taking action even with the unknown. And I know for myself it’s like we want to know now, before we take that next step. So really trusting and working towards what your intention is. And if you created an intention for 2020 maybe take a look at it and change your intention.

We are always evolving, we’re always expanding, and that’s something that Ellen said on Saturday. And really what she said was, to stay in our truth. And that’s something in yoga called Satya: What is your truth? Is it kind? Is it true? Is it necessary? Continue to look at what your truth is. Because if we make choices based on old patterns and fears of doubt and feeling that we can’t do that. Yes, you can. Trust it, believe it, pray about it, meditate. Because it is there for you and taking actions towards your intention will help you, will guide you.

Yesterday I was speaking… I was on a conference call regarding football. And it was something that I wanted to create, that I’ve been wanting to do. And how beautiful, and how amazing that I see Dan Marino after this phone call. I just felt like it was the universe because there’s something that I so believe and that I want to create. (PHOTO: Mary Ann with Dan Marino at lululemon Boca Raton.)

I encourage all of you to always believe, and really drop the doubt, drop the fears that you have, because it’s only going to hold you back. And somebody else will create whatever it is that you want to create. So drop those fears, and believe and trust.

You guys are amazing, have a beautiful day! Namaste.

Hey guys, happy Wednesday and welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom. I am so excited to be in this amazing space, Restore Boca Raton, which you are going to hear about in just a few minutes. I just wanted to answer some questions that everybody had about mindful practices. You know, mindful practices is something that you do in the morning, something that you do at night, and one of the things that I wanted to mention is about meditation beads. This is for men and women, it’s a beautiful way to sit and meditate. I am honored to collaborate with Kema Earth. Her intention and the energy that she creates in the beads is so healing and so amazing. So I just wanted to mention, as a reminder about our mindful practices, and using the meditation beads is a great way to help you with meditation. And it’s a great way to just unplug and tune in, and just breathe guys and keep it really simple.

Now I want you to hear about Restore Boca and how amazing it is. It is a Hyper Wellness and it’s a great place to come and just take that time to unplug. I love the space because there’s so many things that you can do, and depending on your time, you can stay here all afternoon. It’s one of my favorite places in Boca Raton.

Mary Ann: “So (speaking to David Black) tell us about but you have and what people can expect.”

David Black: “Absolutely. So here at Hyper Wellness, we have whole bunch of different recovery and regenerative services for the body. Two of my personal favorites are our IV Therapy and our Stretch Therapy. With our IV Therapy we can do micronutrient testing to find out what you might be deficient in and supply you with that. With our Stretch Therapy, we can actually help you improve your mobility… things we know that are very important to prevent injury and to help us recover from injuries as well. We have a whole bunch of different With our stretch therapy we can actually help improve your mobility, your stability things we know that are very important with helping to prevent injury and to help us recover from injury as well. a whole bunch of different other services, from cryotherapy, compression therapy, and infrared sauna.”

Mary Ann: “The infrared sauna, I can’t wait to try! I know my friend Candice always raves about doing it and there’s so many great benefits to it. It’s so amazing, this space, if you haven’t,  come by. It’s right next to the Watch, First Watch restaurant. I love it because they really cater to what you’re looking for and how much time you have. I love the stretching part, I love the Cryo Freeze. And I think that if you have not been, you should definitely check it out. This is another way to take care of yourself, for your health, for your wellness, and there’s so many options. If you have any questions, you can find them (Restore Hyper Wellness) on Instagram and also Facebook. It’s a really beautiful space I love it and we are there any business

David Black: “We are a very new business, and this is a new business model, so we are very interested in getting everybody to come in and touch/see/feel exactly what we do, because it’s so much more powerful when you can come in and see for yourself all the things we have to offer. Don’t just take my word for it, please come, in please come see what we have and learn all about our modalities because there’s so much behind it that you might not know about already.

Mary Ann: “Awesome. I know the lululemon girls were here yesterday, and they loved it. So I would highly recommend for you to check it out.”

This Sunday I will be teaching with many beautiful teachers at Parkland Yoga For Life. I will be posting about it. It will be at Coral Springs Gymnasium and that’s going to be from 4 to 7 o’clock. And also this Saturday, I’m excited and honored to be with all the lululemon ambassadors. They will be placing our new photos up in the store at 10:30 this Saturday, so I’m super excited.

Remember to take that time to close your eyes, connect to your breath, tune in and listen, and trust. Three things I highly recommend. It’s something that will help us to live more mindful, more healthy, and really connecting to our intuition and trusting. Those two things, and, don’t be so hard on yourself because you guys are amazing and I’m always inspired by your work on the mat, your work in your life, so many new things that you’re creating to be happy and to live from inspirations, staying inspired. I love you guys, have the most amazing day. Peace out, namaste.

Hi guys, happy Wednesday and welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom. So today I just wanted to remind you of the importance of stillness and taking time to write out your mindful practices. Everyone is different, everyone has a different ritual, a different practice. And no matter if you practice yoga, that you’re an entrepreneur, it’s really important to carve out that time that is going to help you in what you’re doing.

You know life gets so busy and we have so many tabs open, we have so many things that we are thinking about that we want to create. It’s a new year, it’s an opportunity to create a new vision for your business, for yourself, and making sure that you take that time to write out what you working towards, and what your mindful practice looks like. Everyone is different and having a yoga and meditation practice is a way to help balance our energy, it helps us to get clear about what we really want. It’s hard to get clear and it’s hard to tap into your intuition when we have so many tabs open so I highly recommend, today, write out what is your mindful practice? How are you getting still? How are you incorporating that in your day? How do you unplug at the end of the day? Do you stay on social media, or go through your emails until you pass out at night?

It’s important that we take that time at the end of the day to close out our day, and to really breathe, to center yourself even before going to bed. Something I learned from Dr. Wayne Dyer so long ago, was whatever thoughts you’re thinking about before you go to sleep, that energy, that vibration, is with you as you’re sleeping. So it’s important to clear away the day, to clear away your thoughts, and maybe there’s something that was upsetting during the day, and take time to work through that energy because it’s only going to help you energetically. It’s only going to help you tap into your intuition more. So really take time today and write out what your mindful practices look like.

Mary Ann: “I love you guys and I just wanted to let you know I’m so honored to be in the space today of this new concept that Salvatore Principe has created and actually is coming here!”

Salvatore: “Look who’s here! My Mary Ann!”

Mary Ann: “Here we are, live in person, and do you want to tell them about what you’re going to be doing here with live artists?”

Salvatore: “Yeah, we built a gallery in Boca Town Center, first of its kind, and it’s going to be a live gallery where we have musical artists coming in, several artists painting or sculpting during the day and evenings. It’s a chance to actually meet the artists and find out what’s really behind a work of art. And the experience is inviting, and we have outside Prosperity Brewers and wine, and it’s definitely something to come and see.”

Mary Ann: Yes, I love it! I mean, the artwork is so beautiful. I don’t know if you can see behind me, the big beautiful heart. It’s really amazing…”

Salvatore: “Here’s the big, beautiful heart, it’s right here!” (pointing to Mary Ann).

Anyway, guys, check it out. It’s such a beautiful space and remember to write out your mindful practices. It can be two minutes, it can be three minutes. Tell me what it is that you’re creating, what practices are going to be important to you. Because sometimes we share with our friends, or we just send a message like “This is what I’m going to be doing to help me stay centered. These are my practices, these are my rituals.” It can be really simple. It can be reading something spiritual, something that is important to you so that way you can incorporate it in your life everyday. I so believe in yamas and niyamas, which are the first two principles of yoga. But it’s our thoughts, how we show up every day for ourselves, how we show up in our community and in our world. Those are really important because it begins with our mind, it begins with our thoughts and how we are processing those thoughts. So I highly, highly recommend taking the Yoga Sutras. That is the core to yoga. It’s not so much about the poses, but how me move through those poses. And that’s when the shift happens, that’s when the healing happens. So if you haven’t read about the Yoga Sutras, I highly recommend it.

Have the most amazing day, I love you guys!

Peace out,
Mary Ann

Hi guys, welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom and happy, happy New Year! Wow, I can’t believe we’re in 2020!

So, my question to you is, what are your dreams? What are your goals? What are you working towards? What are you letting go of? What fears have blocked you energetically? This is really important, and keep it simple. Write it out tonight. I would love to hear what your dreams and visions are, and what actions are you taking to help you propel that intention to help you grow what you want so much.

I love you guys, and I thank you so much for always sharing and for always inspiring me as a teacher as a student.

I am getting ready to go do Pilates with Luis but I wanted to come on and wish you a happy New Year and to remind you to give yourself that space to write, so that way you can start to put a plan in place to help you.

Hi guys, Happy Holidays, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa. Sending you so much love wherever you are.

I just wanted to remind you of the importance of meditation, and yes, during this time – even traveling, even being on the plane – closing your eyes, noticing your breath.

A couple of meditations that I would recommend for you to try. One is a Kundalini mantra that I learned from Gabby Bernstein, and it’s really simple. It’s called “Peace begins with me.” You simply press your thumb and your index finger lightly, then you move to your middle finger, “begins,” then you move to your ring finger, “with,” and then your pinky, “me.” so it’s peace begins with me. And you just close your eyes and take a half a minute, take a minute. See what feels good.

The other one is simply breathing in through your nose for four, and then just letting it out for one out through your mouth. Just try and see what happens.

You know it’s such a journey when we can find things to help us, and meditation is just a way to calm the energy. To unplug, just like when we unplug from our phones or if we are charging our phones, we need to do that for ourselves, that way you know we’re clear, and we’re conscious and mindful in the way we show up every day.

So let me know what happens. I love you guys, have the most magical, beautiful rest of the week. Namaste, peace out.

Mary Ann

Be sure to turn on the volume!

Hey guys, happy Wednesday and welcome back to #WednesdayWisdom. So, I first want to thank you so much for your feedback regarding the website! I was so overwhelmed by all the comments, all the emails. And I wanted to let you know that we did add the Spotify account, so if you go on the home page can you scroll all the way down and it will direct you right into the Spotify account.

Enjoy this time of the year and make sure that you practice, that you take care of yourself, and don’t try to do everything in the next few weeks… or I think it’s about a week and a half before 2020. Have some compassion, be gentle, notice what energy you take in, notice how you set your intention, and notice your thoughts throughout the day.

A book I highly recommend is “Super Attractor.” And it doesn’t mean, “Oh my gosh, I don’t have time to read right now!” But if you can, just take one chapter and just practice that throughout the day. Or you can get the audio. But take care of yourself.

Our thoughts are everything, and it can be very overwhelming because we have so much to do, and we have our family. The first thing is to take care of what is happening for you, so that way you can show up authentic. You can show up where you feel really good instead of feeling depleted. Stay mindful, and breathe.

I love you guys. Enjoy this beautiful magical time of the year!

Namaste, peace out.

It’s very easy to feel depleted and stressed out during the holiday season – sometimes we just take on too much, all at once. While it’s always important to prioritize self care, it’s even more critical these days when we need (and want!) to be fully present for our loved ones.

To help you stay healthy and happy during this time of year, I’ve got some amazing places in our local community you should definitely check out:

For some healthy food options, try:

Also, please don’t miss the VegFest at Mizner Park this Saturday, December 14!

Lastly, check out Yoga Journey’s meditation classes, 12:30-1:00pm Monday-Friday (no experience needed!).

Have a beautiful holiday season, and please, take care of yourself!

Sending lots of love,
Mary Ann

Hey guys, happy Wednesday, happy holidays and welcome back to Wednesday Wisdom. I first want to give a shout out to lululemon, I’m so loving the outerwear jacket! This is my second time wearing it, and it has kept me so warm, and it’s so cozy. So thank you so much!

I just wanted to remind you this holiday season to stay with practices that keep you centered, that keep you elevated. And, it can be simple. It can be writing, it can be taking 5 minutes to breathe in and breathe out, it can be creating something new in your life that you’ve been wanting to do. But this is a really busy time of the year and it’s important that you don’t neglect your routine, and neglect things that elevate you. Just like having a coach. You know, if there is something that you’ve been wanting to do, that you wanted to create in your life on a personal or professional level, create that.

There’s so many amazing amazing things that you can do, from coaches, to books. Books I highly recommend are “The Power of Intention” by Dr. Wayne Dyer, and the second one is Gabrielle Bernstein’s “Super Attractor”. Both of those books are amazing and it just helps you to manifest, and it helps you to create whatever it is that you’re looking for in your life. And especially yoga and meditation. It’s a way to look inward, it’s a way for us to see how we respond you know there’s patterns that we don’t realize that we’ve continued through our life. So take this time to make sure you stay with your routines. Let yourself drop in, let yourself take time to write and continue those rituals no matter how busy life gets or during this time of the year. It will help you make conscious choices. And if you haven’t had a yoga practice, it’s okay. Simply taking a child’s pose, simply closing your eyes and breathing in for 5 and exhaling for 5, that will change everything. Just try it and see what happens.

Enjoy the season and continue to be conscious of practices that elevate you, because that way you can stay centered, you can stay calm. I love you guys, and I just want to shout out to all the beautiful souls from this morning that always inspire me every week every day through your practice. And also I just wanted to remind you of how important it is to be aware of your mindset. You can manifest and you can create whatever it is that you want. We have those choices and just being aware there’s choices.

There was something that I wanted to create a few weeks ago, and I am beyond excited because it was presented to me just a few weeks ago and I am so honored to be collaborating with Kema Earth. It’s a line that is a spiritual line for men – and for women – but more for men. Because I find that they have their own journey and just a reminder to wear a bracelet or have a mala to help them stay centered and to help them on their path to elevate whatever it is that they’re working on.

So enjoy the holiday season! I’m always so honored and so grateful for everyone’s feedback. I love you guys. Happy holidays, namaste.

Mary Ann

I just wanted to wish everyone a beautiful Thanksgiving. Whether you’re traveling or you’re here locally, remember that breathing is going to help us always through this time of the year. It’s a busy time with traveling, getting together with family, and really enjoying every moment. Remember that it’s a time of the year to count our blessings, we have so much to be grateful for, and just being in gratitude. Something that I restarted this week is writing in my gratitude journal. Something shifts when we write down every little thing that we are grateful for. So just enjoy, and… breathe. Breathing will help you stay centered and grounded. Keep your rituals that you have every day, even if you’re traveling, sit down and meditate for five minutes.

I love this week. So many of you shared with me, “You know what, I finally am starting to meditate!” And I love it because that’s the journey. You know, we continue to evolve, we continue to make choices to help our mind and body. Don’t stress over the little things, they’re just little things. And remember that everyone deserves so much love and kindness, and everyone has a story that they’re going through. So be kind, spread love, and don’t forget to breathe through this holiday season.

I love you guys! Have the most amazing amazing Thanksgiving! I pray for each of you to have so many blessings at your table, and so much love.

Namaste, peace out.

Mary Ann

Today I want to remind you of the importance of self-care and the importance of rituals. Especially with the holidays just around the corner, our minds can have so many “tabs” open. So the more busy you are in your life I highly recommend that you practice having a meditation practice, having a tapping practice, having a pranayama practice, or simply just going to yoga. Yoga is a way to move energy, it’s a way to release any tension that we’re holding onto in the mind and body. Don’t try to do everything this holiday season. Take the time to slow down, always practicing a moment of stillness.

If you are not reading a book right now, I highly recommend The Power of Now, which you can find on my Amazon page (click here). And don’t wait till 2020! Just create a sacred practice for you, so that way you know at the end of the day or in the morning. This is what I do to keep myself centered, because if we can practice ways to stay centered we can make conscious choices throughout the day that is in line with our values and our intentions. So guys, just enjoy the holidays and know that it’s a beautiful time of the year to give, and also to be present in our own life, in our own way of moving, not just on the mat but in life. So, enjoy! I love you guys. Namaste, peace out.
